Here are the rules for using my art. Whether my art is worthy of use isn't the point. Making my wishes known is what's important.

What you can do without permission, notifying me or linking back.

• You may use my art on any forum as your personal avatar. Don't say that you made it.
• You may display my art as personal desktop wallpaper or edit it into the right size for personal desktop wallpaper. You can even share this wallpaper with your friends. Don't say that you made it. In this one instance (sharing of wallpaper) you may post the art on another site, but only with a link back to this page.

What you must ask permission for.

• Posting my art on any other website, for any reason. This includes using it to make graphics for site layout or navigation.
• Making downloads/addons/mods for any game in existence now or in the future.
• Using my art in any way, shape or form to make money. If you do this, I will come after you with a lawyer.

Now, with all that out of the way, I would like to say that if you simply ask permission chances are good I will allow use of the art, with a proper link back here or to my deviant art page.

New works submitted after March 12, 2008 will be watermarked with my own personal watermark. Works already here, works submitted from my "old stuff" on my web site, and works created specifically to be wallpapers will not be watermarked. Should you wish to use watermarked art for wallpapers or avatars, please contact me and let me resize it for you without the watermark.
